Message Abstract States, in reply, that he forwarded his reports in proper time. Requests to have the money for building school-house, promised by the Bureau, sent as soon as possible.
Message Body The reports for Ap. and May were sent at the proper time. As I have to report to the Association I am out of blanks. Please send the assistance in the matter of our school house as soon as you can as our time of contract with the Lumber man has expired
