Message Abstract States that the school house is nearly completed. that he will send the bill for lumber. Inquires if the $200 promised by the Bureau is to be disbursed by the trustees. Message Body I hoped to have been able to send you this week the Lumber bill but cannot do so until next Monday or Tuesday. The house is as far as carpenter work is concerned nearly finished. Will the 200$ promised by the Bureau be applied to the payment of that bill or given to the Trustees for disbursement. I ask the question because the Lumber merchant will wait for his money till the end of May and the carpenter must be paid immediately, and the Trustees desire me to make the inquiry accordingly I do so. An accident has destroyed my Register please forward me another. The school has flourished nicely & we hope to be in the new bulding by May at the farthest
