Abstract All my Negroes to be free at my death except George, Nathan Jr., Margaret & Sinah. To wife Sally Selby my Negro George, Nathan Jr., Margaret & Sinah... But should my wife decline to accept my will & above gift, then above Negroes shall be free. To Negro man Guy, freed by my father, the place now in his occupancy with firewood & ...during his life. To Negro woman Hagar, freed by my father, $35 annually to be paid to her by William S. Tunnell my nephew. To Negro woman Rebeccah, formerly the property of Charles Tunnell dec'd, $35 annually to be paid to her by my nephew Samuel S. Tunnell. To my Negroes 3 separate parcels of land described. To my Negroes aforesaid the remainder of my personal estate.
