Abstract I hereby set free my daughter Esther Tunnel which I bought of Samuel Tunnell & also loaned her during her life my house & land & at her decease the aforesaid land & the whole of my personal estate, except $5 which I give to my son Joshua to be paid from money that may be due me from estate of Samuel Tunnell dec'd.
