Abstract purchased by me of Richard Hollyday Esq. administrator of William Loveday, be free from servitide from Christmas day 1866 at which time she will be fully 21 yo, if I should die before that time; but if I outlive that time it is my will that she will be free from slavery at my death. If I die before said Christman day 1866 I give Julia Ann Bond to my niece Susan Ann Bartlett (daughter of my brother Johnathan Bartlett to serve her until she is free by my will. I require my niece to pay the said negro $20 on the day she is free.
