Message Abstract States the sending of four teachers by [[underline]] Mers. C.R. Lowell, [[/underline]] and provisions made for them. [[underline]] Isaac Payne, [[/underline]] sent to Canesville, [[underline]] Sebastian Payne [[/underline]] to Rich Neck, Queen Annes Co., [[underline]] Mason Ball [[/underline]] to Eddsville, [[underline]] John H. Jones, [[/underline]] to Georgetown Kent Co. At these schools desks, blackboards, registers and maps are needed.

Message Body Sir Mrs C.R. Lowell have sent us four teachers and they have all gone to there work, as follows Isacc Payne ware sent to Hanesvill, Sebastien Payne to Rich neck, quans anns County, Mason Ball to Eddsvill, John H. Jones to George town Kent County fifth district thay have all opin thare Schools, and are much in need of desks and Black Boards, will you pleas be kind Enuff to send us four of Each, one for Each School and you will a blige

P.S. Since writing this I have recived a letter that the teachers wount resisters and out lines maps

Message Abstract Forwards deed of school lot at Broad Neck, Kent Co. Md.
Respectfully referred to Genl H. M. Whittelsey, A.A.A. Genl., with request that an appropriation of $300.00/100 be made for the erection of a school building at Broad Neck, Kent Co. Md.

The enclosed deed has been examined as directed, and is believed to comply substantially with the requirements of Bureau regulations. Attention is invited to the fact that the deed does not appear to have been recorded. In view of this fact it is suggested that this conveyance might be destroyed and a new one made in the form provided by the Bureau. It is understood that Maj. Van Derlip has on hand a supply of the necessary blank forms.
