Message Abstract States in reply, that he is glad to learn that the check for $250. has been forwarded &c. States that Mr. [[underline]] Hill [[/underline]] says they are getting on with the school house at Salem.
Message Body Dear Sir. yours of the 23d inst is Received which Give me Great pleasure to hear that you had forowed the check for $2.50 being $50,00. more then I expeced. we are very much Ablidge to you for your favor. Mr A.F. Hill Teacher Says that they are Geting A longe finely with the Salem School house. he says they will complete the school house in A few weeks. Lizzie [[Stiword's?]] hosbom was A slave over he belonged to Wm- Parker.
