Message Abstract	States that Mr. A.J. Hill has arrived at Salem and will open school this week: that there is one more teacher needed where a school of 75 pupils can be gathered &c.
Message Body	Dear Sir Andrew F. Hill came to Centreville on 5th. I went to Salem with him and if nothing haping he will open School some time this week. thay are one more place yet that neads A Teacher vary much which I am shure thay can be 75 scholers you will refere A. Message Body Sir in the case of ^[[insert]] the [[/insert]] chool houses, ^[[insert]] for [[/insert]] Qeen anns [[insert]] co [[/insert]] Md 1, for, Centreville and 1, for Saulem if you Will Be So kind as To Send the Lumber So we can have the Houses, Built So we can Have School, in the month of May, the are 1,50 Scholers, weating for, To Go, to school thay are Geting Behind time it is continually so in life, the Best laid plans, the most important affairs the fortunes of individuals, the weal of nations, honor, happines life itsef, are daily sacrificed Because somebody is "Behind-time." there are men who always fail in whatever thay undertake, Simply Because thay are "Behind time," there are others who put off reformation year, by year, till death Seizes them, and thay perish unrepentant because forever "Behind time," five minutes in a, crisis is worth years, it is But A little period, yet it has often Saved a fortune or redeemed a people, if ther is one virtue that Should Be cultivated more than another By him who would Succeed in life. it is puntuality, if ther is one error that Sould be avoied it is Being Behind time,

Message Abstract Writes in regard to the school's prosperity both day and night, and regrets the inconvenience s under which they labor and hopes the Supt. will do something for them.

Message Body Sir referring to your letter dated Jan 29, 1870 I am sorry to state to you the bad condition that we are in concerning our school houses at C.ville [Centreville] and Salem. We have no school house at either place. I have [tried] every plan that I new to get the people to comply with what Mr. Kimball tould them last Aug 1869, but it seems to be impossible; they is not my school going on at Salem We have a school going on at C.ville both day and night the day school is taught ... my brother and the night school is taught by my self. Neither one of us being able to discharge a school teachers duty. Sir, I will be glad to receive you notice when ever it is convinon for you to send it please do something for our schools. I receive three papers last week mark G.F. Adams I am very much ablodge to you for your complement towards me. Yours, respectfully Geo. E. Adams

Message Abstract States that they are about to commence building their school-house: that teachers are wanted at Pine Neck and Spanards Neck where large numbers of pupils can be gathered.
