Abstract To wife Elizaeth all my land & slaves during her life & at her death the slaves & their increases shall be free. To slaves Grace, Cato & Judah, a certain piece of land on northeast end of my plantation… to the 3 slaves they have priviledge of getting timber from my other lands. Negro woman Candice to have house with other Negroes. My Negroes Grace, Cato & Juda may have part of peach & apple orchard. The whole of my estate to my wife and at her death my Negro woman Grace...& to boy Cato...& to Molly Bull, wife of Bagwell Bull.
