Abstract To nephew Thomas Hatton Kellam: Patty & her youngest children, Ann, Ross & Lucy & their increase, also Anthony, Sabra, Lewis, Kiah, Lucyh & Mary & future increase of females. To nephew John Custis Kellam the following Negroes: Esther, George, & Patty of Sabra & Tom, Edmund & George, sons of Esther, also George, Francis son of Rachel, James son of Patty. if either nephew sell a Negro or their increase out of family, then they forfeit all Negroes to other brother & if both violate, then to nearest living relative.
