Abstract To sister Sarah Muir Negroes to serve her until they become free under deed of manumission I have executed & is now of record bearing date 29 Apr 1806. The following & their years: Jenny 1, James Johnson until 31 yo, Sam 8, Joshua 11, Humphrey 16, Sam of Rachel 20. To nephew Thomas Hatton Kellam Negroes until they serve as above deed specifies: Hetty 17 yrs, Judy until 31 yo, Alice 4 yrs, Alice's child Leah 26 yrs & also 3 yrs of time of Bob. Negro Bob for term of 1 yrs to niece Custis Kellam Negroes Hannah 3 yrs, her child Molly 19 yrs, Betty 4 yrs, Bridget 18 yrs, Leah 1 yr, Sam the elder 3 yrs. My nephews not allowed to sell or hire Negroes out of Accomack County during their slavery & if one brother violates the injunction, then Negroes to other brother.
