| Abstract | â¦To sister Mary Kellam the other half of the land & at her death to her youngest son John Kellam, if he die before age 21 without issue then to sister Ann Hatton the other half of the marsh and Negroes Jim, Peter & Rosey & their increase until they arrive age 31. to sister Ann Hatton for the use of my nephew Thomas Hatton Kellam until he arrives to age 21 when he is to have free of trust of my sister the following Negroes: Luory & Jenny & Sarah, George & Joe & their increase until age 31. To aunts Elizabeth, Ann & Sally Muir my negro woman Judy for 4 years then to be free and her children or increase are to be free at the same time. |
