| Abstract | ⦠To my granddaughter Mary Ann E.Walter the profits of the slaves Maria, Georger, Parker & Clarissa, Sarah & her increase, Levi, Agnes, Betsy & all their increase until they arrive to age 25 when they are to be set free & should there be any other slaves belonging to me, being the descendants of Negro woman Laura, I will them in the same manner as above. If Mary Ann E. Walter without lawful heirs or if she dies before she arrives at age , the profit of the slaves to Margaret M. Walter, Mary E. Walter & Thomas S. Wallop. To John D. Wallop the profits of slaves Leah, William & Leah's two children & Leah's future increase until they arrive at age 25 & then to be set free & after hs death to my three grandchildren Margaret M. Walter, Mary E. Walter & Thomas S. Wallop. I set free my two Negro women Ann & Mary, their children they now have and all their future increase. The profits of my slave Edwin until he is age 25 to my 3 grandchildren Margaret M. Walter, Mary E. Walter & Thomas S. Wallop. |
