Chandler the lands… & my Negro boy John & girl Sabra….Also to my son David M. Chandler my Negro Tom Corey & girl Charlotte... to my daughter Mary E. White my Negro boys George, Isaac & Daniel. To my daughter Nancy B. Coard my Negro boys Isaiah & Joseph & girl Peggy. My boy Henry to serve my three daughters or their children until he arrives at age 31 & then to be free. My three Negro women should live as they now do, my son Sylvester is to see to Maria & my son David is to see to Leah until they arrive age 40 at which time they shall be free.
