| Abstract | Levin Holland, Executor of Henry Jones, authorized to make sale of whole of personal estate of said deceased (Negroes excepted) at public auction after 10 days notice by advertisement, on a credit of 6 months for all sums above $3 taking from the purchaser obligations with good security on interest from day of sale. Also ordered that Levin Holland gives notice by warning creditors of deceased to exhibit their claims & to be published in successive weeks in a newspaper published in Worcester County, |
