To Beachamp: one negro man named Bill. To Rachel: one negro man named Peter value $300 & negro woman Amey value $10. To James: negro girl Letty value $220. To Sarah Ann Rhodes: negro girl Sarah valued $210. Monies exchanged among heirs to balane values.
