Abstract of Record Indenture between Richard Waller & William S Disharoon (Justices of the Peace of Somerset) of one part and James L Waller of other part: free boy of colour Perry Game 12 yo, son of Charley Game, free man of colour of Somerset, to apprentice to James L Waller until he is 21 yo. To learn skills of waiter; Perry to be provided with meat, drink, physic, clothing, lodging & necessaries. To be taught to read if teachable. To be given suit of clothes worth $12 at end of apprenticeship.
