Text Orphans Court appointed William Waller and John Jones (thoroughfare) appraisers to report on the real estate of Peggy White, Eliza Ann White and Mria White, orphans in the care of William White their guardian. 15 Nov 1808 appraisers report there are 4 slaves, one old dwelling hosue, one good sawed logged kitchen and meat house, four old out houses and one good logged out house, 1474 pannels of tolerable fence and 480 old peach trees, 40 old apple trees and 166 young ones, 70 acres of wood land, 2/3rd of the value of the land and slaves being $112.
