Proceeds to be divided between his children Jane S Skinnner, wife of Peter O Skinner of Bourbon Cty Kentucky now of Somerset. Zipporah, William, Levin. Zipporah now deceased as is John Bounds. Chancery appt John W Crisfield trustee to make sale. Ann entitled to proportion of sale. to be distributed w/ brothers Levin Bounds & William Bounds & her sister Zipporah deceased. It was agreed that slaves should be sold.
