Message Body I see it announced in the papers that you have been appointed Superintendant of Schools for the District of Coloumbia West Verginia & Maryland And as you have to get Assistant Superintendants I hope that you will remember me when you appoint an assistant Superintendant for Maryland as you know that I am well posted as regards the Educational Condetion of our states And am willing to do all I can for the Education of my people I will wait and expect an answer very soon
