| Message Body | I close school to day according to your orders every scholar was present numbering thrity one the largest number that has been present at one time since I have been in charge I reported the message you requested me on the same eveing of the day you where hear that the school must number thrity or be close the first of the month they could not or did not seem to like the idea of theirs closing before the other schools consequently they agree to reduce their tuition so as those who had small children could send them they have sent them very punctal begining on the fowlowing Monday after which you was hear. Some of them have never been to school and as this is their first effort they are very eager to learn and regret very much they are not to have a longer term. I inform them their appreciations began to late The trustees request me to say to you that they are in hopes you may supply them with a teacher as soon as your schools commences |
