Message Body I have stated seventeen days on my report ten days at this place & seven over my Month at Elkton MD as I taken my position [[strikethrough]] hea [[/strikethrough]] their on the seventh of February. Their is scholars wich is in want of books their parents seems to think they cannot conviently purchas them at present only a few seems willing to buy any you will please forward them on as soon as possible Some of the Children can write but they have not had any Copy books as yet, Miss Irdell taken the books wich was forward home with her she left word with trustee she would forward Them to you again The following is the list wich I would be please for you to send Half Dozen Geograph Series 2nd [[2?]] Intermidate Readers [[1/]] Dozen Copy Books 3 elements of written arithmetic No 3 Davis You will oblige me by so doing
