Message Body I received the papers containing the list of questions in due time but my long delay is owing to the fact that upon my applying for the deed from which to obtain a copy I was refused on the ground that a copy had been sent on in 67. After urging the matter I at last succeeded in obtaining it. School house commenced in May 1867 finished so as to be occupied in Oct 1867. There is however lacking an inner door and fence. Furniture consists of eleven bounds and benches, a desk chair book case blackboard. Amt paid by freedmen $300. No debt on building Debt on school $20,00 Money raised for board and incidentals by festivals and exhibitions Trustee - Cato Gray Camden Del.
