Supplied Chincoteague, Va & joined Conference at East Calvary M. E. Church, Philadelphia. His charges in Salisbury District: Hebron, White Haven, Md & Liberia. When he arrived at White Haven, no one was attending high school. With his encouragement, a number of students started going to Bowie Normal School and Princess Anne Academy & became teachers throughout Maryland.
Family and Other Information Parents: Robert & Aurelia Waters Spouse: Annie R. Ward of Hopewell Md md 6/28/1927 in St. Andrews's Church, Fairmount, Md. - 4 children; also survived by mother, 4 brothers & 3 sisters.
