Costin do hereby manumit & release Henry Morris from all Service due me; freedom to commence from 30 Oct 1863, the date of his enlistment in the 10th Regiment of Colored Troops in Service of United States. Signed R. S. Costin 22 Aug 1865. UY.S. Rev. Stamps $0.05 - Cancelled. 1 Sep 1865 in clerks's office Northampton Co. Court 1 Sept 1865 together with certificate of acknowledgement of Robert S. Costin.
