Negro girl Ann shall serve my wife Amelia during her life & at her death to serve my daughters Agnes Gunter until 1 Jan 1848 & then she is to be free, but all her increase to my grandsons Edward S. Grant & John Mitchell Grant until the slaves are age 30.
