Abstract My faithful old man Jacob is to stay with my wife or go to his liberty whichever he chooses, he is age 60 & also my sons to never let him suffer for any comforts of life. My other 3 men may go free at the following periods: Abel on 1 Jan 1822, Bob on 1 Jan 1823, Levi on 1 Jan 1840 & the dower slaves of Mrs. Sarah Ker, which my estate will inherit 1/3 by Ann R. Ker's will, are to be free when they come to my estate, if over age 25 & if under that age to be retained until they arrive to it. Wife to have services of Levi during her widowhood without paying hire.
