Abstract To wife Elizabeth Parks my Negro woman Hannah & at my wife's death Hannah & her children, born after my wife's death, shall be free. Also to my wife my Negro man Stephen during her life, but if he attempts escape or commits criminal offence, he shall be sold & proceeds to my wife. If obediant then after her death he shall be free. Also to her Negro boys Edward & George; if she dies before they attain age 25, then they shall be hired out until 25 yo & proceeds to heirs. If my wife not living when they are 25 they to be free. John T. Parks & William D. Parks, children of my brother William J. Parks, to have their father's part of hire of my Negroes.
