Abstract After the death of my wife Susan I set free Negroes George Sr., George Jr., Jesse, Harry, Jim, Adah & Mary each of whom shall draw $10, conditioned that they are not allowed to remain in this Commonwealth. After death of my wife, the following: to my niece Elizabeth Chance the services of my Negro girl Martha until 1 Jan 1870 at which time she & her offspring, if she may have any, shall be free. At wife's death: to my sister Henny Nock my Negro girl Jane until 1 Jan 1870 at which she & her offspring, if any, shall be free. After wife's death: to my niece Susan Beach until 1 Jan 1870 Negroes Sarah, Elizabeth, Eleanor, Louis & Harriet Ann & then they & any offspring shall be free.
