| Abstract | ⦠The Negroes which belonged to my wife Ann before our marriage to her during her life & then her Negro man is to go free & her Negro woman Harriet to go free & Harriet Jr. & her children, but if my wife dies before they are age 30 they and their increase are to serve my heirs until they are age 30. Man Harry and boys Frank, Jim, George, Alfred & Henry to serve my heirs for 5 years from my death & then go free. Negro woman Rachel and girl Ann to serve five years from my death & then go free. My Negro man Moses to be supprted on my farm & well treated during his life. ... & also my right to Negro woman Jane now the dower of my mother-in-law, but at her death belonging to me & my Negro boy Edmund.. & Negro boy Jim which I purchased at James A. Doughty's... Boy Edman to go free at age 30, which has been born since this will was wrote. |
