| Abstract | â¦To my nephew Richard W. Kellam Negro man Kier & ⦠to my nephew Henry M. Kellam Negro boy Bill & ⦠To my 2 nephews Richard W. & Henry M. Kellam my undivided 1/2 interest in slave Frank, John, Mary, Leah & Major. If both of my nephews die without lawful heirs, then to William Kellam (of R.), John G. Johnson & the heirs of James Kellam (of A.) dec'd. except Kier to go free, also my interest in Frank which is to go free & none of my Negroes shall ever be sold, any heir offering to sell, except to another heir, shall forfeit his title, except such Negroes that shall have committed some crime for which the law would inflict punishment... . |
