Abstract … At the end of 10 Years [after my death] I give my two daughters Betsy & Maria Gunter jointly two Negroes Leah alias Sekie & Parker until the year 1852 when they shall be free & Leah's increase shall serve Betsy & Maria until the said increase shall have arrived to age 27 & then they to be free. If Betsy & Maria die before the time of service expires, then to my son Edward Gunter, my son Laban Gunter & my daughter Sally Gunter.
