If Scott purchase is mad, Scott to daughter Betsy Upshur Finney. To son John E. Finney my 2 old Negro men Peter & Dick with Negro woman Esther. To son William J. Finney Negro boy Rome. I give my extr. full power to dispose of the land & negros belonging to the estate of Henry Broadwater on which I have a deed in trust, my right in the lands of James Broadwater Jr. dec'd.
