| Abstract | My Negro man Will to Lisha Godfrey, freed by Galen G. Corbin, in trust to be free as soon as the present act of assembly respecting the Immancipation of slaves shall be repealed or altered. My Negro woman Nanny to brother Walter Douglas, same condition as above, & if she has children they are to be freed at age 21, also to Walter in trust my Negro boy Bill, the son of Nanny , until age 21 then free & Mary, the daughter of Nanny until age 21 then free. If Mary has any children then they are to be free at age 21. |
