Abstract To brother Henry Bagwell Custis an interest for five years from the date I die in slaves Levin, Louon, Abram & Arthur & for 6 years in slaves Jack, Willaby, Edmund, James & Southey & also for 2 years in Negro woman Rose, provided he lets slaves free at the end of their terms. To Henry B. Custis the services of slaves Lewis, Wilson, Isaaac & Lusa provided he will give them their freedom at age 21.
