Abstract Negro boy Charles Henry to be free on Jan 1 1846, Negro Ben to be free on Jan 1, 1849, Negro boy Levi to be free on 1 Jan 1855, Negro boy george to be free on 1 Jan 1856, Negro girl Emma to be free on 1 Jan 1852, Negro girl Sarah to be free on 1 Jan 1854, Negro girls Rachel & Caroline to be free on 1 Jan 1859, Negro girl Ross to be free on 1 Jan 1861, Negro woman Lusa to be free on 1 Jan 1848 & if any of the above mentioned girls or Lusa have any children during their time of servitude for them to be free with their future increase at age 30 which will all be about age 35 when free except Lusa. ... To my daughters Mary and Sabra (of my former wife Maria), the plantation whereon I now live... & 1/2 the hire of my Negroes until they arrive at age freedom. To my two daughters Harriet & Elizabeth Barbara & my son, William Drummond, children of present wife Susan, all my Horntown lands....1/2 the hire of my Negroes until they arrive at the age of freedom.
