| Abstract | My Negro man Ned, should be free at Christmas next & my estate to pay to him $30 as soon as he shall be free. My Negro man James shall be free after her serves my wife 7 years & 6 months, commencing the last day of Oct 1812. My Negro woman Esther should be free at age 25 & all the children she has previous to her freedom shall serve my heirs until they are of lawful age. My Negro woman Jude shall serve my wife 7 1/2 years , commencing on the last day of October 1812 & the children that she may have during her slavery shall serve my heirs until they are 21. My 2 Negro girls Mary & Maria shall each serve my wife until they are 25 & all their increase previous to their freedom shall serve my heirs until they are of lawful age. |
