Abstract To son John R. Wise the land devised to me by my father, where Peter now lives…. Son Tully R. Wise to have old Peter & his wife Hannah, he accounting for them at their appraised value. Having good cause to suspect that some of the Negroes may after my death render themselves unserviceable or disobedient or otherwise misbehave, I give my Extrs full power to sell or otherwise dispose of at public or private sale ....... & money arising from said sale to distribute in same manner as Negros themselves would have been distributed & to provide for or humanly to dispose of the aged, infirm or decrepit Negroes in manner most conducive to interest of estate consistent with humanity.
