Abstract My Negro women Jenny & Esther to be free. My Negro girl Sinah to my granddaughter Ann C. Bayly & when she arrives at age 18 to be free. My Negro slaves Peter & Judy to be free & I subject my lands to maintain them during their lives. The remainder of my slaves to granddaughter & grandsons (George William Arbuckle, Henry William Arbuckle, Ann C. Bayly) until they arrive to age 25 & then to be free.
