Abstract To my brother Charles Tunnell my Negro woman Adah & at his death I set her free & all her future increase. To my niece Sally Ann Tunnell all monies or personal estate & if she dies before lawful age or without heirs, then to my Negro woman Adah & my brother's black man Edmund when they obtain their freedom. To niece Sally Ann Tunnell my Negro boy Friendship until he is age 21 when he is to be free. To Negro woman Adah $30 when she is free.
