Abstract of Record Stephen Purnell, exe. of Thomas Gray, Senr., vs. Francis Lane, a reprentative [heir], by John Lane, guardian; decree of 11 Aug. last, for Francis to pay Stephen $99.40; not being complied with sheriff to seize that amount of Francis' property; George Hayward, sheriff, seized negro man Briston, which he sold to John Lane for $250.
