PUrnell (of Wm.), Samuel Ennis, William P. Marshall, John Purnell (of Thos.), George W. Purnell (for his mother Mary) & Boaz Ennis, representtives of Col. Zadok Purnell, Jun., Edward Robins; terms of sale; 1) whole representatives, including James B. Robins & Littleton Robins, allowed to bid 2) Thos. Purnell (Wm.), Zadok Purnell, Jun., & George W. Purnell allowed to bid for Pleasant, Leah, Bet & George 3) purchasers bound to same terms as purchasers of other property 4) negroes hired out not to be delivered till term of service expired 5) hire of such negroes to be accounted for by adms.
