Abstract of Record	William Winder, guardian to John, Charlotte, Rider & Kiturah Rackliff, representatives of John & Sarah Rackliffe, states that in Nov., 1806, he stated that negroes had not been divided, & as Charlotte was coming of age, a division was needed; court appointed Joshua Prideaux & Thomas N. Williams to make division; only property left is some cattle leased with Newport farm, part of which is since transferred to Sinepuxent farm; hand mill left at latter for use of negro Draper & family there with him; part of Synnepuxent farm entailed to John by will of Charles Rackliff, his great grandfather; $40 due from Capril (?) Willey for hire of negro Bill, property of John, Charlotte, Rider & Kiturrah; arrears of negro hire; [list of negroes repeated]; list of bonds from Jackson Turner, John P. Marshall, William Fassitt, Betty Davis, Charles Nutter, Joshua Prideaux, Ephraim K. Wilson, Eli Vinson, Kirk Gunby, Thomas M. Purnell, William Polk; list of arrears of interest due [same list]; list of arrears due from negro hire; Zed.
