Abstract of Record Report concerning William Lane's & Jesse Lister's estates: We, the subscribers, apppointed to pay of heirs of Jesse Lister out of estate of William Lane, agreeable to order, do return as follows: Thomas Lister, of Summerset Co., guardian to Jesse Lister, only heir of Jesse Lister yet remaining to be paid, shall receive several negroes allotted by said Lane in his lifetime & not appraised in estate, being same negroes distributed by authority of Somerset Co. Orphan's Court, directed to William Stevens & John Pollitt, viz.; negro woman Lotte, negro lad Sampson,negro girl Florah, negro boy Jack, negro child George; list of personal estate; bonds on Major Thomas Bruff, Col. Saml. Handy, Philip Quinton, goods & livestock.
