Abstract of Record	Micajah Hill, one legatee of Schoolfield Parker vs. Henry Parker, adm.; Micajah Hill, by William Whittington, Esq. his solicitor, states will of said Schoolfield bequethed to said Henry the labour of his negro Frederick until Micajah came of age, on provision that exe. should keep negro old Peg & on her decease Frederick to be delivered up; Micajah is of age; Henry is about to remove to Baltimore; asks that he be directed to deliver legacy. Subpena issued for Henry Parker. Henry Parker, by Ephraim K. Wilson, Esq., his counsel, files answer; old Peg is not dead, so no grounds to deliver boy Frederick.
