Abstract of Record Following proceedings omitted in their proper place at Aug. term, 1805; John Stevenson vs. Dr. Isaac Collins & his wife Tabitha his wife admx. of William Stevenson; John Stevenson appears, by Ephraim K. Wilson, Esq., his solicitor, & exhibits bill of complaint; your petitioner's father William Stevenson, died considerable estate; Tabita Stevenson, adm, intermarried with Isaac Collins; estate more than enough to pay debts without touching negroes; adms. sold estate & negores for sums far above value & applied same to their own use & didn't account for it; asks for just & fair accounts from adms.; give inventory of estate appraised 3 Aug., 1797; negroes Bobb (?) 37 yo, George 17 yo, Levin 17 yo, Jesse 14 yo, Charles 12 yo, Hess 17 yo, Minty 15 yo [inventory continues in original} .
