Abstract of Record Special court, Mar. 230, 1804, at request of John Stevens: all Justices present. Several items regarding will of George Richardson, concerning his heirs disputing if will is his or if he was sober or ill. One item states that the heirs John & Elizabeth Stevens accept negro man Abner bequeathed to John Stevens, his son-in-law. Another portion states that John Stevens to receive negro man Abner.
