| Abstract | For an in consideration of the sum of 400 pounds current money, Waller mortgages to Rencher & Crockett all the remaining part of the tract of land called "Might Have Had More" not already to John Crocket and all of Waller's right, title and claim to other household goods, livestock, one old Negro Hannable, 1 young Negro ----, Negro Lues. Waller to pay them 400 pounds with interest and then the said lands and chattels shall be void. |
