Abstract For and in consideration of the good will the grantor has for his loving friend Sarah he does grant and convey to her 4 Negroes being Sesar, Dinahm, Patience, and Hager provided the said Sarah lives to the age of 21 and should she die before that time, then the said Negroes are to become the right of Thomas Dixon.
