Abstract Sale of Negro. Benjamin Hayward, for and in consideration of the love and affection that he has for his daughter Harriet Hayward and for the sum of 5 shillings, gives to his daughter, a Negro girl named Patience. That Harriot should permit her mother Leah Hayward the use of said Negro girl for the lifetime of Leah.
